Modified Cars by Pimp My Ride

Do not have the funds to modify the car? Do not worry, the modification of this one really does not need funds. The reason is, you just change the look of the photos, virtual alias modify your favorite car photo. Anything can be modified, something like a free car modification show is on MTV. Yes, this is the way air-Pimp My Ride ala Photoshop CS3.
How to do it? Just follow these steps.  

1. Potretlah your car from the standpoint that you think most good. When finished, transfer the images to your PC and open it in Photoshop. Then do the initial modification by changing the color of the vehicle. At first, selection of car body area. Click [Pen Tool] in the toolbox. Make a selection by making the car body outline to completion. Once completed, make the outline again to areas that are not "painted" such as glass, lights, and so forth.
2. Click on the tab [Paths]. Click-drag the layer path to outline a car that has been made in the direction of paper icon at the bottom of the palette for the path is stored. Click the icon [Load path as selection] air-icon striped dotted circle in the bottom of the panel. Path to the body of the car will be turned into dotted lines.
3. Click on the tab [Layer], and create a new layer by pressing [Shift] + [Ctrl] + [N] on the keyboard. Click [OK] on the box that appears. At this stage, you can start coloring. Suppose you want to create a gradation of two colors. Select the desired color combination used in the Background and Foreground color box in the toolbox.
4. Click [Gradient Tool] and select the mode [Foreground to Background] from the Gradient drop-down menu in the toolbar. Make sure the new layer selected. Next, click-drag the pointer following the line of the car body so that it appears the desired color gradations.
5. Still on the layer of new paint, change the layer blending mode into [Linear Light] looks for a new color blends into the body. Reduce the percentage of opacity for car details remain discreet.
6. If there are parts that should not be exposed to paint but crushed by a new color, click the icon [Add layer mask] at the bottom of the Layers panel. Make sure the black and white color selected in the Background and Foreground color box. Click [Brush Tool], and remove the color in the desired area.
7. Add some details or knick-knacks if you like the car. For example, image patterns you gandrungi to the hood of the car. Enter the picture as a new layer by clicking the [File]> [Place ...]. Find and click on the photos hendah used in the box that appears, then click [Place]. Images will appear as a new layer. Press [Enter], then right click the image layer, and select [Rasterize Layer].
8. Image for the logo is flush with the hood, you have to distort its shape. Press [Ctrl] + [T]. Right-click the image, and select [Distort]. Next, pull the corners of the image to fit the body area that will be fitted with an image. If already fitted, press [Enter]. Change the layer blending mode drawing into [Multiply] and lower its opacity. Try adding the other logos.
9. Add lights under the car body. The trick, create a new layer. Click [Brush Tool], select a color in the Foreground color box, then pulaskan at the bottom of the vehicle. To make it look luminous, click the [Filters] [Blur] [Gaussian Blur ...]. Set the slider "Radius" to get the luminescence light fitting. If you've done, click [OK]. Use a layer mask to remove excess fluorescent lights.
